An Indonesian citizen who was born in Jakarta on January 24, 1973. Sri Mulyono studied for a bachelor's degree at Diponegoro University majoring in Civil Engineering in 1994 and earned a master's degree in Business Strategy at Prasetya Mulya Business School in 2012.

Sri Mulyono was appointed as Commissioner of PT Wijaya Karya Aspal, he was trusted as Manager of the Oil and Gas Operations Division of the Industrial Plant Division in 2020, Manager of the Medium Project of the Pertamina Pipe Relocation Work Project in DK 117-128 and DK 135-138 HSRCC Industrial Plant Division in 2019, Manager of the Operations Bureau of the Industrial Plant Contract Management Bureau of the Industrial Plant Division in 2018 - 2019, Manager of the Mega Project Field of the Engineering. Procurement, & Construstion (EPC) Construction Project Contract Administration Division in 2018 - 2019.
